• Sturdy construction holds 4 large slabs of ribs securely when lifting in and out of the barbecue pit. 
• 3″ vertical spacings allow an unrestricted flow of hot smoke. Permits adequate room to baste the ribs. Approximate 20 degree angles 5mm (more than 3/16″ thick) support arms. The thickest and strongest rib rack we have ever seen in the marketplace.   Designed so that the ribs touch a minimum of the rib rack. Swing away handles for easy lifting. Type 402 stainless steel wire construction. LWH 12″ x 9.5″ x 6″.
