Pearsall Fully LOADED 24 Upright Vertical Offset Smoker includes our four most popular upgrades, taking your BBQ experience to the next level.  It boasts 3,735 square inches of cooking surface, including the direct grilling surface in the firebox and the horizontal indirect grilling surface of slow smoking surface in the vertical chamber. Achieve 700 degrees for searing steak, 400 degrees for indirect grilling, 200 – 250 degrees for barbecuing, or down to 150 degrees for slow smoking and warming. The vertical chamber offers a hanging bar for suspending your favorite slow-smoking foods.  Pearsall’s heat retention qualities and dual-damper air flow system ensure precise temperature control and virtually guarantees your status as the neighborhood grill master.     This was my first 1/4 inch pit. Wow. Loved it. easy on fuel. 24 slabs in the main chamber, 16-18 in the vertical (or more as a warmer) and it was a great pit to do comps and smaller concessions. Upgraded to a 30″ Lulling because we liked the ToP pits so much (the 30 uses almost the same amount of fuel as the 24″ Pearsall). We are looking at a smaller Lulling for the patio. I’m not even looking outside ToP. No reason to stray 😉
